Refund Policy
Effective October 16, 2026
We want Tatly to be an easy yes. If it isn't right for your shop, this policy explains when you can get your money back. In short: refunds are always for the full amount of a charge, never partial or prorated, and there are generous windows to ask for one.
Try it risk-free: 14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy, ask within 14 days of your first payment (monthly or yearly) and we'll refund that payment in full. No questions asked.
Yearly renewals
We email you a reminder before your yearly plan renews. If it renews and you didn't mean to keep it, ask within 14 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it in full and cancel your plan.
Monthly renewals
Forgot to cancel? Ask within 7 days of a monthly renewal charge and we'll refund that month in full and cancel your plan. This is available once per account.
Outside these windows
- You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops renewing.
- We don't give partial or prorated refunds for unused time, including when you cancel partway through a month or year.
- Switching from monthly to yearly applies a credit for the unused part of your current month toward the yearly price. That credit is part of the switch, not a cash refund.
Mistakes are always refunded
If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged the wrong amount, we'll refund the mistaken charge in full, whenever you notice it.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or include your shop name. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
After a refund or cancellation
When your plan ends, you can no longer upload or import new designs, but we keep your designs and settings so you can pick up where you left off if you subscribe again. You can still download everything from Settings → Your Files. If you'd rather we delete everything, just ask. See our Privacy Policy.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to, and doesn't limit, any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
