Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first 14 days are free, and your first payment still comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Manage Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then stops renewing.
What happens to my designs if I cancel?
We keep your designs and settings, and you can still download everything from Settings → Your Files. You just can’t upload new designs until you subscribe again.
Do my customers need an account?
No. Customers open your shop’s page, pick their designs and send their name and contact details. No sign-up and no app to install.
Will it work with pencil sketches?
Yes. Light pencil scans work, and you can darken faint lines before Tatly cuts the designs out. You can adjust any box by hand.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Invite artists and front-desk staff to your shop. Only admins can manage billing.
Does Tatly replace my booking system?
No, it works alongside it. Tatly runs your flash day: the catalogue, flash-day prices, customer picks and stencil printing. Keep your booking system for appointments and deposits, and book customers in it once their picks arrive.
Is my data safe?
Your account and shop data live in a Postgres database run by Neon on AWS in the US, encrypted at rest, and every connection to Tatly uses HTTPS. Card details go straight to Stripe, which is certified PCI DSS Level 1, and never touch Tatly’s servers. Design images are shown on your public customer page, so anyone with the link can view them, just like a flash wall. You can download all of your files anytime, even after canceling.
Does Tatly take payments from customers?
No. Customers send their picks, and your shop contacts them to book and take payment the way you already do.
