Terms of Service

Effective October 16, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Rogue Salad Productions LLC ("we", "us"), which runs Tatly. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. If you're signing up for a shop or business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

1. What Tatly does

Tatly lets tattoo shops upload and organise flash designs, publish them on a customer page, build printable flash sheets, and receive design requests from customers. We may improve or change features over time; if we remove something important you're paying for, we'll give you reasonable notice.

2. Accounts and teams

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
  • Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account and your shop's account.
  • Shop admins can invite team members and control their access. Admins are responsible for who they invite and for removing people who should no longer have access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. The current prices are shown on our website and at checkout, and don't include taxes that may apply.
  • You can cancel any time from Settings → Manage Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.
  • If we offer you a free trial, you won't be charged until it ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged at all; otherwise your plan starts automatically at the price shown when you signed up.
  • If a payment fails, we may pause features that need an active subscription until it's resolved. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for you.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload: designs, scans, logos and other material ("your content"). You give us permission to host, copy, resize, crop, display and print your content only as needed to run Tatly for you, including showing it on your shop's public page. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from routine backups that expire on their own.

You can download a copy of all your content (designs, scans and spreadsheets of your data) at any time from Settings, including after your subscription ends.

You confirm that:

  • You own your content or have the artist's permission to use it. Only upload flash drawn by you, your team, or artists who have agreed to it being offered through your shop.
  • Your content doesn't break the law or infringe anyone else's rights.

If you believe content on Tatly infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with details and we'll look into it promptly.

5. Your customers

Tatly passes customers' design requests to your shop; it doesn't book appointments or take part in the tattoo itself. Your shop is responsible for its dealings with customers (including prices, deposits, consent, age checks, health and safety, and the quality of the work) and for using customers' contact details lawfully and only to respond to their requests.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • Use Tatly for anything illegal, harmful, harassing or deceptive.
  • Try to access other shops' data, disrupt the service, or get around security or usage limits.
  • Resell or copy Tatly itself, or scrape it in bulk.
  • Upload malware or content that sexualises minors or promotes hate or violence.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using Tatly and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend accounts for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, or if required by law. If we end your account without cause, we'll refund any prepaid time you haven't used.

8. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep Tatly reliable, but it's provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't make promises beyond those in these terms: for example, that the service will never be interrupted, that automatic design detection will be perfect, or that printed sizes will be exact on every printer. Always check stencils before use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, lost bookings or lost data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of your content or your shop's dealings with customers, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we'll notify shop admins by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Tatly after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Before bringing any formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
