Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first 14 days are free, and your first payment still comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Manage Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then stops renewing.
What happens to my designs if I cancel?
We keep your designs and settings, and you can still download everything from Settings → Your Files. You just can’t upload new designs until you subscribe again.
Does Tatly take payments from customers?
No. Customers send their picks, and your shop contacts them to book and take payment the way you already do.
